Marian leads Tier One's Midwest region and has nearly 15 years of experience managing multi-faceted, brand-building communications programs.
In 1995, she was one of the key players behind the high-profile launch of Yahoo!, and since then has developed an expertise in masterminding product and company launches that create broad consumer awareness.
Marian previously was a vice president with The Weber Group (now WeberShandwick Worldwide). At Weber, she managed the Monster, Recording Industry Association of America and Citrix Systems accounts, among many others. While working on the Citrix business, she counseled the company through partnership negotiations with Microsoft. The crisis communications program is credited for helping to drive Citrix's stock price to an all-time high. Marian joined The Weber Group from Niehaus Ryan Wong, where she oversaw the company launches of several high-profile consumer Internet services including Yahoo!. Prior to that, Marian worked for Hill and Knowlton in the company's Food and Consumer Marketing Group. Marian has earned numerous awards for her work by challenging the status quo and raising the creative bar for her clients. Marian holds a bachelor of commerce degree in Marketing from Santa Clara University.
