Our Commitment to Meaningful Change

At Tier One, we believe it’s our responsibility to pay greater attention, listen, learn, and take action against racism and social injustice. We do not tolerate discrimination or inequality of any kind and are outraged and saddened by the senseless killings of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, and Breonna Taylor, among others.

To promote meaningful, long-term change as an agency, we are committed to keeping an open and ongoing dialogue with our employees about racial equality and will continue to explore ways we can foster diversity and inclusion as a small business. Additionally, we will contribute funds each month to a nonprofit organization working to end racial inequality either nationally or in our local communities. This month, we are supporting the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund. 

We are listening. We are learning. We are committed to doing our part to ensure this is not a moment — but a movement — that changes us and the world for the better.
