Ashley joined Tier One after working for more than a decade in editorial roles at New York City print and digital media publications. Her work has appeared in Ozy, Country Living, Good Housekeeping, Money, O: The Oprah Magazine, Real Simple, Women's Health, PureWow, and Woman's Day, among others.

Ashley began her editorial career at Real Simple magazine where she worked for 10 years, quickly rising up the ranks and serving as the founding editor of its Money section. Fun fact: Real Simple was the first women’s magazine to regularly cover personal finance, thanks to Ashley’s vision and leadership. After Real Simple, she served as the managing editor of NationSwell, a digital publication devoted to solutions journalism, amplifying stories about people and brands who dedicate time and talent to solving America’s problems.

Ashley has a bachelor’s of arts degree in English and a bachelor’s of arts degree in honors and holds two minors in Italian and communications from Villanova University.
